Sonya Randell holds a Master's in Interior Architecture and brings fifteen years of experience across residential, commercial, and wellness design. Her work is informed by neuroscience, environmental psychology, and the study of how environments influence the nervous system. Growing up on the coast of Newfoundland instilled an early understanding that environment is never neutral. The places we inhabit shape how we feel, think, recover, connect, and move through daily life. That belief, deepened through professional practice, personal experience, and years of interdisciplinary research, became The Aligned Interior Method™. It's a framework that asks not simply how a space should look, but what kind of life it is helping create.
An ongoing inquiry into the human experience, exploring what modern research and time-tested traditions reveal about the spaces we inhabit.
